On arrival the client is given an information pack
detailing all the issues of interest and value to the relocating
person/ family.
Along with this our client and his/her family are
brought on a familiarization tour of their new locality.
On-Going Support
Throughout the first couple of months of the executives
stay we remain available to assist with any query in relation to
property and any event or facility in the region.

Accommodation, Property Search/Selection
Based on our familiarity with the local property
market we prepare a list of properties in accordance with the client’s
specifications.
These
will have been previewed by us and can be expected to live up to
the client’s expectations and come within the client’s budget.
We also use our experience to negotiate the best possible terms
on the final property chosen by the client.
Utility Management
We arrange for all services to be connected to the
selected property and billed to the appropriate party.
Looking After the Family
We provide information on schools, crèches, churches,
hospitals, sports, leisure, clubs, etc. and we can arrange an introductory
meeting.
