Arrival Pack

On arrival the client is given an information pack detailing all the issues of interest and value to the relocating person/ family.

Along with this our client and his/her family are brought on a familiarization tour of their new locality.

On-Going Support

Throughout the first couple of months of the executives stay we remain available to assist with any query in relation to property and any event or facility in the region.

Accommodation, Property Search/Selection

Based on our familiarity with the local property market we prepare a list of properties in accordance with the client’s specifications.

Utility Management

We arrange for all services to be connected to the selected property and billed to the appropriate party.

We provide information on schools, crèches, churches, hospitals, sports, leisure, clubs, etc. and we can arrange an introductory meeting.
